She completed undergraduate medical education (MBBS) from K.V.G Medical College and Hospital, Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka India in 2013 followed by Masters in Ophthalmology (M.S) from SDM College of Medical Sciences and Hospital, Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka, India in 2018. She joined Kasturba Medical College, Manipal Academy of Higher Education as Senior Resident in 2018 and was involved in Undergraduate and Post Graduate teaching at the University Hospital. She has completed fellowship in Phacoemulsification at Sankara Eye Hospital, Bangalore.
